Update

So, I know that I have been a little vacant the last few weeks and there is a reason for it.  I recently started my new diet and it is a very specific diet.  Because of this I am losing a good amount of weight but I am also very restricted as to what and how much I can eat.  This makes it hard to make recipes that are good for all dieting situations and that is what I am looking for with this website!  I am down just under 14lbs in a little over 2 weeks which is really good and I am feeling great.  I am still having issues with my back and I am hoping that this will get better then more weight I lose.  The diet I am currently on is for another 22 days and then I go to a normal diet for 6weeks and then I will be going back on this diet.  If we can find the money then I will also be getting a personal trainer during my 6week break in hopes to lose more weight while I am on the "break."  I am also hoping that the personal trainer will be able to help me strengthen my back so that I don't have near as much pain. 

Now you know what is going on with me and where I am.  I am struggling with cravings all the time but I am trying to overcome these and when I just can't get past them then I cave in and have them in smaller setting, and I don't give myself a hard time about it.  I am also trying to stay active which is a lot easier now that it is so nice out, taking trips to the Zoo and other kid friendly places that includes lots of walking!!  I am still hoping to have al this weight gone within the 45weeks!
