Well I have been at this for two months now and my weigh in was 221, which is a gain of .2 lbs since my weigh in two weeks ago. I have been weighing myself off and on for the last two week and seem to be fluctuating between 219 and 221. I have been a little more laxed about my food intake, still on track but including more sweets, which I have been trying to stay away from. I have stayed away from them on a daily basis. I have looked into recipes that are low in calorie not fried and most have been made with chocolate: dark chocolate or baking chocolate. I know that chocolate in small amounts is good for you and I am trying to focus more on health and less on calories. Calories are obviously important so I do a lot of low fat and low calorie items however there are also issues with that type of thing sometimes; ie 2%cheese is better for you then fat free cheese because 2% has calcium which is good for women's bones as well as many other benefits whever as when we purchase a low calorie orange juice with vitamin D and Calcium instead of the full calorie with the same benefits!!
I have start taking a minimum of two walks a day, and it is a workout when I have to push a 25lb stroller with a 27lb baby in it and control a 34lb dog. I don't know how far I am going but my guess is 1-1.5 miles. I am hoping to add a workout with my Wii back into my daily routine starting tomorrow as well!! I know that physical exercise in some form is a good thing and so far that is all I have been able to mustard up but I figure it is better than nothing.
This next week I am focusing on bettering myself physically! I am going to be focusing on getting a routine set up for my sleeping schedule as well as when I can workout, shower, play with AJ and clean around the house!! I am obviously still going to focus on my diet as well as everything else but that is where the majority of my thoughts and planning will go to!
My goal for next week 2lbs!!

- I am a SAHM to the most wonderful and beautiful little boy. I stay busy with him, our new dog, my wonderful husband as well as our home. When I have free time I am busy with a local mommies group and have several things that are important to me, including scrapbooking and cooking!!
