There are so many little things that I am doing that make this time different then every other time I have tried losing weight!! I am consistant with what I am doing but I am open to healthy changes!!
The Diet:
I choose not to record what I put in my mouth. Is this a bad thing? Maybe but I choose to try and make this as realistic as possible, things that will help me become healthy for the rest of my life!
1. No high fructose Corn Syrup, syrup or sugar in the first 5 ingredients. This is something that I try and follow religiously however occationally it does happen.
2. Absolutely NO Hydrogenanted oils at all; no fried foods.
3. Nothing white: breads, pasta, baked goods, anything white is off limits because it is a simple carb and turns right into sugar in the body, which isn't good.
4. We make our own bread and anything else we can mustard up that would help us with our limited budget and will allow us to know what is in it. It is important to me that I know what is going into my body, the more whole the ingredient the better it is for my body! Preservatives and additives are ingredients that I feel attribute to my obesity.
5. As much Fiber and LEAN protien as I can get. I try to get fiber in every meal as well as protien. We avoid red meats with most meals.
Exercise
1. Dog: We bought a dog and I take her for two walks a day
2. I have EA Active for the Wii and try and do workouts each week, though it isn't easy with a new dog, a baby a husband and a house to care for it isn't always easy.
Blog
I will be posting updates as well as recipes daily and weekly as well as doing a Vblog occationally!
This is my plan to help both myself and hopefully others trying to lose weight!
