This is another recipe that I found on recipezaar.com! I told you I love that site! I found this to be a GREAT recipe for the mexican fix that my husband has on a biweekly bases, if not more often! The great thing about this recipe is that that it has a little kick to it but not enough to stop me or my baby from eating it. I am not a fan of spicy food at all. But it can be heated up for my husband, who loves his hot hot stuff more then most, easily!
Ingredients:
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 lb skinless boneless chicken breast
Salsa
reduced fat sourcream
1. Place chicken in a plastic or paper bag.
2. pour seasoning over chicken, close bag and shake around chicken until well coated.
3. Place chicken in a casserole dish and bake for 25 minutes at 375 degrees.

5. Serve with salsa
